1. What is a traffic exchange?

A Traffic Exchange is a fantastic way to advertise your web page to others. It is a really great way for small business owners, prospect searchers and owners of websites, to receive high-quality traffic to their web pages. The concept is very simple. You will visit the web pages of other members and they will visit yours. The more websites that you visit, the more traffic you will receive to your web page!

Two things happen when your web page receives lots of quality traffic (aka hits).

Firstly: Whatever your web page is selling or offering, by getting large numbers of people to visit it, you increase the likelihood of receiving a sale or sign-up.

Secondly: Your web page is receiving lots of UNIQUE hits, which improves its 'Page Ranking' with the search engines. The more unique hits it receives, the higher it will rank.

2. How do I get my web page shown to others?

The easiest way to get YOUR web page seen by others, is to 'Surf' for credits. As a free member of TrafficTrader, your web page will be shown once for every two pages that you view. This is known as a 2:1 ratio.

If you upgrade to the Pro Membership, when you surf for credits, you will receive a 1:1 ratio of hits. This means that for every web page that you view, you will receive one visitor to your web page in return. You can upgrade to a Pro Membership at any time - For a small monthly fee.

We do not believe in Bronze, Silver and Gold upgrade gimmicks. We simply believe that if somebody pays for a service, they are entitled to receive the best service possible, so we simply have two packages: A FREE account or a Pro account.

3. Can I buy extra traffic credits?

Absolutely! If you haven't got time to surf for credits, we have extremely good credit packages, that are very competitively priced. If you have a proven offer or product in particular, paying for a 'Credit Package' is an investment, as it is in your interest to receive the maximum quality hits, as quickly as possible. However, if you are just starting out or on a limited budget, we recommend that you take advantage of the FREE membership to start with. Once you start to make money, you should then seriously consider re-investing some of that money back into receiving even more success - Speculate to Accumulate!

4. What kind of web pages are allowed?

We have a strict policy on what is and what is not allowed. Your web page must not 'break out' of the TrafficTrader surf-page (aka a Frame-Breaker). Your web page must not contain any reference to Hate or Warez and it must not contain viruses. Adult content is also forbidden.

Members will generally use a Traffic Exchange to promote a legitimate product, service or even a business opportunity, to others.

If your web page does not follow these rules, not only will your web page(s) be removed, but is possible that your account will be suspended. Please be certain to check your URLs before you add them!

Pop-ups? We Only allow ONE pop up / exit pop up per web page!

For further information on what is allowed and what is not please refer to our Terms of Service.

5. Why am I logged out whenever I surf for credits?

Most problems associated with surfing or logging in, relate to cookies. Please make sure that your browser supports cookies and check that your firewall is set to allow all cookies. Some firewalls are known to block third-party cookies.

It may be a good idea to add TrafficTrader.eu to your list of 'allowed' websites, in your browser's tools/options section.

You should also check that you actually have URLs listed in the 'My Sites' section. Simply add a site and then attempt to surf again.

6. Why can't I delete one of my web pages?

.Please check that you have set the 'Auto-assign' feature to 0%, as you are not allowed to delete a web page, whilst it has credits assigned to it. Once you have lowered the percentage value to 0%, you can easily delete or edit that URL.

7. Why can't I use an AOL e-mail address?

Unfortunately, various email providers use different technologies and AOL in particular, is vastly different from the rest. The easiest solution would be to create a new email account that can be used solely for your Traffic Exchange activities.

8. How can I contact TrafficTrader?

If you need to contact TrafficTrader, you can do so by either using the Contact Us form or by sending an email to: support@traffictrader.eu and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

9. Can I make money with TrafficTrader?

The simple answer is no. TrafficTrader is NOT a money making program. It is an advertising resource and a excellent way to get lots of quality visitors to your web page. There is a referral system and it is possible to earn bonus-credits from any referrals that are associated to you. However, there will soon be a reward feature, for referrers of members that upgrade to the Pro Account.

10. Can I use Traffic Trader if I live outside the USA?

Absolutely! If you live in outside of the USA, you have the opportunity to promote your product or service TO the USA, as well as promoting more locally if that is more appropriate to your needs. It's a win-win situation!

11. Can I Use Traffic Trader if I Live in the USA?

Absolutely! If you live inside the USA, here is a unique opportunity to promote your product or service to those who live OUTSIDE the USA. It's a win-win situation!

12. Why do you have a ten second timer?

We've thought about this very carefully and we strongly believe that this is a two-way service. Of course, we want the rotator pages to load up quickly, but it is also important that member's web pages are given adequate exposure! Given that some pages can take 5 or 6 seconds to load, a timer of less than ten seconds, could mean that the member's web page receives little or no exposure.
