1) The Member's web page must not exit the TrafficTrader frame.

2) It is forbidden for any member to use any auto-clicking or auto-refreshing devices and ANY method, other than manually loading the TrafficTrader start page and actually viewing it, will be in direct violation of our TERMS OF USE. Any account may be terminated without notice if a member is found to have gained credits by means of cheating.

3) Any member found to be promoting their personal TrafficTrader START PAGE, in a way that attempts to gain credits, by other people surfing, is considered to be theft and their account may be terminated.

4) Member web pages must not promote or contain any of the following:

• Pornography

• Warez (hacking, bootleg software, etc)

• Anything Illegal or any activity that TrafficTrader deems not to be 'family friendly'

• Frames designed to load more than one site per page, with the exception of rotators

• Hidden I-frames that load search sites or any other inappropriate websites.

• 'Paid-To-Promote' rotators.

5) Text on any member's web page, must read in the ENGLISH language or have an available ENGLISH translation. It is not our intention to discriminate against anybody, but the staff at TrafficTrader must be able to read the content of your web page.

6) TrafficTrader cannot be held responsible, for any lost credits, damages, loss of data or any other problems associated with using the TrafficTrader service. You hereby agree, to use this free service at your own risk.

7) SPAM will not be tolerated! The use of unsolicited e-mail is deemed as SPAM and will result in account termination.

8) Members are only allowed one account per individual or personal computer.

9) TrafficTrader has the right to prevent any member from using its services, if we feel that they are not behaving in the best interests of TrafficTrader.eu. If a member is removed in this manner, they will be notified. We also reserve the right to amend the terms of service at any time and we will notify all members, when changes have been implemented.

10) If a member does not make use their FREE TrafficTrader account to earn credits, by surfing other member's websites for a period of 14 consecutive days, their FREE account may not continue to have its url displayed (not applicable to PRO accounts).

11) If a member does not use their TrafficTrader FREE account to earn credits, by viewing other member's websites for a period of 90 consecutive days, they will receive a notice stating that their FREE account may be terminated if they do not maintain a higher level of activity (not applicable to PRO accounts).

12) You hereby agree to maintain a functioning and active e-mail address, that must be included on your member's page. This e-mail address must NOT be associated with an auto-responder.

13) You hereby agree to receive e-mail updates, related to services offered by TrafficTrader.

14) All sales transactons are final. No refunds will be given for credits that have been used or memberships purchased that you no longer intend to make use of.

15) You are personally responsible for cancelling any subscription, created through our payment processes.

16) These terms may change. You hereby agree to comply with all changes.
